Return/Refund/Exchange Policy



Our policy remains in effect for 30 days. If more than 30 days have transpired since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


After we have received and examined your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your return. You will also be informed about the approval or denial of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a specified number of days.

If you haven't yet received your refund, please follow these steps:


  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially reflected in your account.

  3. Get in touch with your bank, as some processing time may be required before the refund is processed.

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
