Shipping Policy

We Currently Only Ship Within the United States

We provide shipping services to the United States, HI, PR, and AK. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges due to the higher costs associated with delivering to these locations. The calculated costs will be presented to you when you provide the order information.

We typically dispatch the majority of orders within 72 hours and will promptly inform you of any backorders. Products that are on backorder are expected to be shipped within two weeks. We value your patience and assure you that we will make every effort to send out your order as soon as possible.

Please consider BOTH PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIMES when making a purchase. Once the package has been dispatched by Opulente Candles and is under the care of the shipping carrier, we cannot be held accountable for delivery delays caused by adverse weather conditions, unsuccessful deliveries due to address errors, or any unforeseen delays related to the shipping courier. If you require details about your package, please reach out to the carrier directly for additional information. Packages are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier information will be included in your shipment notification.
 

Additional Shipping Details

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on orders exceeding $100+ (pre-tax). Ground shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.


Shipping costs are automatically computed based on the chosen service during checkout.


We are unable to ship to addresses lacking a recipient, including P.O. Boxes. At present, shipments to APO/FPO Addresses are not possible.


During periods of high volume, such as sales and holidays, orders may encounter a slight delay in processing times.


Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot make edits, additions, or removals. If there are issues or a need for cancellation, kindly contact customer service promptly at info@opulentecandles.com, and we will make every effort to assist.


Shipments to Freight Forwarders or Re-Sellers are not accommodated.


Tracking notifications will be dispatched when the order label is created, not when it is shipped. Allow 48 hours for accurate tracking updates and an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
